Here’s what you can expect from a typical service at Gospel Life.

Sunday Morning Services:

Sunday Mornings begin with prayer and fellowship. Most people arrive around 9am. Children are checked into the nursery and some folks gather around coffee.
The service starts at 9:30am. It begins with songs, prayers, scripture readings, and an offering. After this we hear an expositional sermon from the scriptures. These messages are designed to teach the scriptures and also make relevant application to real life situations. Our pastor’s goal is to help others see the practical relevance of theology. Pastor Mike loves to point out that “theology drives our practice.” Before the sermon time, children 3rd grade and under are dismissed to our Kid’s Life program.
After the worship service we enjoy one another’s company around coffee and snacks. We then go to our adult Sunday school at 11am. Sunday school lasts about 30-40 minutes. It is discussion-oriented and covers a wide variety of topics from Bible, Theology, Church History, and Christian Living. Children have Sunday School during this time as well.

Sunday Evenings:

We typically meet once per month on a Sunday evening at 6pm for a dedicated purpose. We might be meeting for a special service, outreach efforts, service project, fellowship, or just a special time of prayer. Normally, Pastor Mike will announce that date a few weeks ahead of time as well place that information in the bulletin.
